fisheye Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 Just downloaded Open LC NA version 110 and tried to install. Un-wrapper stalls at about 90% and stops moving. I let it continue for over thirty minutes with no further movement of the progress bar. How long does the un-wrapper normally take to finish so I can install the product. After 30min I stopped the un-wrapper using task manager and tried again with no change. What to do next? fisheye Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nick Cooper Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 Hello, For some customers it seems that the installers do take a very long time to work but for most, they do not. The cause has been thoroughly investigated but not found. Apparently the installers will always work in the end, so the answer is to wait for as long as it takes.
