Skyways1142
I recently made a link to take FSX-SE away from my c:\ drive (92% full) and place it on D:\ which has loads of spare capacity. Everything is working 100% perfect ~~~ However, I needed to reinstall the latest libraries file - after starting the installation I had to select the sim being used - FSX - then the only path available to me is the OLD path to C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX I am unable to change that path (greyed out and inactive) to D:\FSX... Can you point me in the right direction to enable this change in new root folder (an XML file tucked away maybe that I can't see!)? Please
Nick Cooper
Try the FTX Registry fix tool from the freeware page. You should be able to amend the FSX registry entry to point to the new location.
Skyways1142
Hi Nick ~~~ ran the REg fix tool but still unable to insert the new path to FSX... Have run the latest libs file and manually copied the relevant files to the appropriate folders. No great hardship really! Thanks anyway.
