active How Many Order Numbers required for support

As most experienced ORBX forum user's already know only ONE, (1) valid order number is required for support.  Unfortunately the very first post in this forum by John V. says:

 

"Please add your order numbers to your forum signature before requesting support

 

To allow Orbx to better serve its customers who have paid for a legal copy of FTX products, we require that you add all your order numbers for the products purchased from our resellers to your forum profile signature section (see diagram below).

 

Procedure for logging support questions on this forum ......"  (emphasis added)

 

This is the reason newbies are having signatures that fill up a whole page when posting.  Can the wording be altered to inform users that just one valid order number is necessary?

Yes, I'll amend the topic.

At the time it was written, the information was correct but now one product order number is enough,

if all the products were purchased at the Flight Sim Store.
