Jon Clarke Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 I have the KASE airport which is contained in the Global Airports freeware and as instructed in the notes, disabled Vector AEC for all those listed for such action. It includes disabling for KASE. The picture below shows the results. Is this what other users see as well? The only difference is that I use Global Ultimate as well. I don't seem to be able to get KASE to look at all decent elevation wise. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a set of bgls in Ultimate called AFM, Aerodrome Flattening files, which are clearly stated as NOT for use with Vector. However as i use P3D and AFM is not able to be installed in P3D, I have put the AFM bgl for KASE into Ultimate/Local Meshes folder. The result is as per the pic below. It appears to flatten the airport satisfactorily. Would still like to know if others see the same as my first pic though especiall anyone using Ultimate mesh as well.
