active Still have coastline problems

Ben, I know you're very busy and you did say you'd help and I'm patiently waiting and will still patiently wait for help with this odd coastline issue.  I've been making this trip all along the entire coastline of the UK and 75% of the time the coastal walls are shape shifting.  It's like they can never get the correct texture on them.  Some spots are perfect, nice crisp clear granite walls, most of the time though they are this very odd ever-changing texture.  Sometime they even resolve themselves into the proper texture. Most times not.

 

So I did a diagnostic report and here is the code:
