Unhandled Exception

I have posted this in the Vector support page awhile back and can not get any help with this.  Hoping someone else knows how to fix this issue when I run AEC within vector.  It runs forever and I keep getting the unhandled exception error.  Using Wundows 7 64 bit. P3Dv3.5.

Have you checked your Recent activity and Crashes in Event Viewer ?

No but I will when I get back home.  I uninstalled vector and reinstalled with no luck.  I also reinstalled NetFrame work.

Are you using the installer from FSS ? The Vector listed on the support page is only an update...

Yes I am using installer from FSS. 1.30 then installed 1.35 then 1.40

The second process that is trying to access the file is FtxVector.Configurator.Ui.Forms.MainForm.Aec_AutoBtn_Click

 

So FTXVector.Configurator is trying to draw a Visual Basic Form on the screen ( processes Microsoft.VisualBasic; System.Windows.Forms; System.Drawing ) and needs data from the file 'P:\Prepar3D v3\Runways.txt' but some other process (Vector ?????) has it open and locked).

 

Try trial and error to see what works and what doesn't (ie I don't know how vector works but don't run P3D while running AEC etc?).

I am running vector by itself nothing else is running.

Ok so have recently reinstalled Fsx again and found that AEC tool works fine.  Not sure why P3D v3.5 is causing problems here.
