Larry Hickerson
Wow! Almost impossible to help you. We would have to assume a lot. Yes, you are running Vector but are you using it with GLOBAL and any other FTX products. And, what are we looking at? And, what does this mean to you: " Done everything to correct it but got nothing. " If you done it all then no need to ask for help. Puzzled! Larry @ Eagle Valley Air
Nick Cooper
Hello and welcome to the forums. Please don't write in capital letters, I have edited the topic title. Your diagnostic report reveals that you have the same registry location of C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\ for FSX, P3D v1, P3D v2 and P3D v3. I do not know how to tell which of these is being displayed by the diagnostic tool but the files are in order and the scenery.cfg looks fine. I see also a reference to Migration Tool in your p3d.cfg file, check your P3D folder for a spurious fsx.exe file. Unless you actually have all four simulator versions installed, you will need to remove the entries for all except P3D v3.
Baloch
Hello Sir, I only have P3D V3.2 installed with P3D Migration Tool which creates the entries of all FSX and P3D V2 as well for installer compatibility. I had also installed ORBX Global earlier which also did not showed any vector lights. So now are you recommending me to uninstall the migration tool? Nick Cooper
I wouldn't dream of recommending that, I know nothing about it. My question was has it added an fsx.exe to your P3D v3 folder? Did you ever install the latest libraries, start FTX Central and click on Apply Group? When you run FTX Central, does it start with a menu that offers you the choice of the four simulators that you have in your registry?
Baloch
Yes there is an entry of fsx.exe in my Prepar3D folder. I also have the latest libraries installed and have also clicked on the apply group. And yes when I run FTX Central I get options for FSX, P3D1, P3D2, and P3D3 simulators options. Nick Cooper
You might try removing the fsx.exe file and re-installing using the P3D v3 option in the installer.
