EastCoastCanadian Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 Hi guys, I recently made a purchase of Australia and while I'm trying to download and extract the files I keep getting an error stating that an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. I press skip and it then asks me for a disc # 9. I sent a support ticket to the flight sim store but I wanted to see if anyone else here is having the same issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
John Dow Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 Not aware of other issues like yours, but downloads can be a pain once they go wrong. Did you use a download manager? Did you extract the zip file to a drive before running it? If the download turns out to be corrupted make sure you delete all temp copies from your computer before redownloading. Even then, sometimes ISPs hold on to the copy you downloaded in their cache for a couple of days, so re downloading won't help if that's the case.
