I know its dry in Dallas in the winter but not sandy dry. I am running Global Base, Global Vector and Open LC Europe. I have the UK and SOCAL regions installed as well but they are not active. I have Global base installed in FSX and it is much greener than this shot in P3D V3.1 Thanks, David C. From your screenshot it's obvious that Global Base isn't installed because what you're seeing are the infamous default yellowish winter textures. Thus, the first thing I'd try is to re-install Global Base; doing that on top of your current installation is OK since Vector and openLC EU are stand-alone of Base meaning they don't use the same folders.
