Gollum
I had a similar problem: In FTX Central 2 I had two options FSX and FSX Steam, because I had FSX Steam I selected Steam . This is incorrect you should select just FSX . This may not be the same problem I had but its worth a try . Regards
lifendet
Gollum do you mean when installing? I don't see where in FTX Central 2 those options are.
Tim Harris
Providing its in your scenery-library and active it should show up using 'KCGX, Meigs, or Chicago' in the appropriate boxes Also worth checking you dont have any filters active in the 'Go to Airport' section
lifendet
Just tried what Gollum recommended. I installed it in the fsx option then installed the libs again which i didn't do the first time. Now I don't know if its the libs that fixed it or the installation into the fsx option. Thanks guys. Gollum
Hi Its probably the libraries. I was talking about when you open FTX I get two options FSX Steam and FSX ,just choose FSX . But you fixed it
Nick Cooper
When FSX Steam Edition is the only FSX version on a PC, it should be treated as FSX. The FSX Steam Edition options are intended for installations of both on the same PC. Problems of this type I think stem from users who install FTX products using the FSX Steam Edition installer/FTX Central version when FSX Steam Is the only version present.
