answered Black under trees at Diamond Point

Hi I have four airfields to install and have started with Diamond Point . The installation went well and I then installed the latest libraries, there seems to be only one problem  I have lots of Black areas especially under trees or where you would expect shadows . It isn't a subtle shading its an ink black .  I have searched the forum because I think I have read of this problem before  but I cannot find a solution .  

Any advice please .  I want to solve this problem before installing my other airfields .

I tried to attach a picture but I get " only allowed to upload 4mb"

Hello again,

 

Your picture should never be as large as 4 mb, you should save it as a .jpg.

Then upload it to an image hosting site, such as this one and link the picture

to your post, using the direct link from the image hosting site and

insert other media\insert image from url which you can see at the bottom right of the

reply box.

Hi Nick

I had the pictures in the FSX picture library and tried to upload them onto the image hosting site but it still said that they were to big. I know that it must be easy once you know how because there are loads of pictures on this site ; But at the moment not for me.  However I did manage to attach a couple of pictures below but i am not sure that i could do it again .

 

any advice on how to fix the black areas please. 

PS I cannot see many wooden bits on the trees ?

I see nothing wrong with your two pictures, that is what I would expect to see.
