Piper9t3
Flying at FL360 over Germany and I notice a distinct line between summer/fall and winter texture sets (see coordinates in pic below for more exact location): Any way to correct this? Piper9t3
Just checking in on my post, any support on this issue?
Holger Sandmann
Hi John, that's actually not a permanent issue but rather a temporal feature of FSX/P3D when the current weather situation includes active snowfall; see http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/107496-nrm-pnw-snow-texture-bug-in-p3dv3/#comment-968419 Cheers, Holger

Piper9t3
Holger While this thread has been marked answered I would like to better understand the fix. Here is another pic of me parked at EDDM surrounding by large area of non-winter textures on January 9, 2016: In the linked post you suggested to refresh the scenery library with an assigned hotkey. How is this done in P3Dv3? Thanks
Piper9t3
Please have this thread re-opened as I would like to hear back from Holger on how the scenery refresh is done? Thanks
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, I'm not sure I understand the question. Is there some indication that allocating key assignments is different in P3Dv3? Not as far as I can tell from the user manual: http://www.prepar3d.com/SDKv3/LearningCenter/getting_started/controls/using_the_keyboard.html Cheers, Holger
Piper9t3
Hi Holger I am well aware on how to assign key assignments in P3Dv3 just not sure how this applies to refreshing the scenery library?
Holger Sandmann
Hi John, there should be an entry in the event list named "Refresh Scenery". It's unassigned by default but you can change that (I'm using Ctrl-Shift-S) and it'll have the same effect as accessing the scenery library menu during a flight and pressing OK.
