GRS Posted March 7, 2008 Share Posted March 7, 2008 I have just had a magical trip down the coastline south of Sydney. I tracked the journey on Google Earth and the detail is incredibly accurate. Waves washed against golden beaches, headlands came and went and up close you can see the line of wet sand at the waters edge. Rivers meandered inland and I landed and followed one up its winding course to wondering what was around the corner. Whoever did the coastlines and rivers deserves an extra pat on the back as it makes the simulation much more realistic than the straight lines that were so common before. So much so I took time out to fly up & down it a few times (only area I did when I finished it) from Merimbula to Sydney. Great to see you are enjoying it as much as I do.
