saskimo
Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. But I recently installed the NA Alaska Canada pack and it doesn't show up in FTX Central under groups. All I see is FTX Global under groups. If I look in FTX Central Setting it shows that the AlaskaCanada pack is installed but again don't see it under groups. Reinstalling didn't help. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. Nick Cooper
Welcome, For payware support please add at least one order number to your signature. How to do this and why it is required can be found here.
saskimo
My apologies Nick. I corrected my sig. Thanks.
Nick Cooper
Thank you for the order numbers. The main product is FTX Global, OpenLC and Vector are integral parts of it and enhance its quality. You should see something like this.
saskimo
Thanks again Nick. Yes that is exactly what I see. I presumed with the Alaska/Canada pack installed I would see it listed under groups on the left hand side. No?
Nick Cooper
No indeed. As you see what is in my picture, all is well.
saskimo
When would I see other "groups" to select from on the left side? Thanks again.
saskimo
Hmmm. I don't seem to be getting the quality that I see in a lot of screen shots. Must be that I don't have Vector installed. Any harm installing Vector after I've already installed Alaska/Canada?
Nick Cooper
No, you can install Vector whenever you wish. Put up a screenshot, if you wish to illustrate what you are seeing now. If you include the coordinates, I can do a comparison shot for you. If you need guidance on how to take and post a screenshot, take a look here. You will see other groups when you have installed at least one region from each group. This is what FTX Central looks like here and you can see that Vector is also not a group but part of FTX Global.
