I think this is what the OP (Doug) means, (Default KRYY Cobb County McCollum Field), with Global only (see pic) has a HT transmission tower on approach. Not much at all to do with Orbx in default FSX/P3D though somewhat different with OLC / Vector. I can see by your picture above, with Global, Vector or FTX OpenLC NA/CAN & Mesh product, the transmission tower is gone and also creates that nearby opencut mining pit on the airfield boundary as is in RL.
