No email after purchase

I purchased  Open LC Alaske and Canada from The FlightSim Store on Friday 4 September, Transaction No: 153037722 but am unable to install the product due to not having an email from FTX detailing Order No, Order Date and Registration Key. At the time of purchase your website was down. I have the payment confirmation from the vendor, just don't have information from FTX. Could you please send relative documents to me via email ASAP,

all that information is provided by FSS not Orbx. However, I can see the openLC NA product in our orders verification app meaning your order was indeed completed. Thus, you should be able to log into your FSS account and then retrieve the required information from your order history.


 


Also, check your spam folders of your email app whether the confirmation email got trapped there. Alternatively, you may also be able to access your email account at your ISP's server, typically via their Webmail page.
