Lloydflight Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hi there, I purchased South Island New Zealand Scenery and successfully installed on a laptop. I have bought a new PC gaming tower. I copied all download zip folders onto an external drive and placed in downloads section of my new PC running Windows 7. Unfortunately although 1 folder opened 2 cannot be opened. "Cannot recognise / open zip file." Will ORBX come to the party and send me a new down load link? I have both my order number and registration key. The scenery was brilliant. I grew up in the South Island. Normally you would contact a support email to the manufacturer so I hope somebody is watching these forums! Ed Correia Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hi Lloyd, You can use the download link again from your FSS account to get another copy. Sounds like the zip may have been corrupted when you copied it over to the external drive, just a guess considering you were successful in installing it originally.
