Thank you, they also host some planes, but you are right, just checked it, it's not there. Must have it from Cal Classic or so

Yes it might be from CalClassics or A2A.

HJG stands for Historic Jet Group meaning they NEVER make anything that is propeller.   Smiling.

  2. Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Presenting faithfully accurate historic recreation of one of very first fights flown by Finnair airline's brand new first Caravelle which was from EFHK Helsinki-Vantaa Airport located in the neighbouring city of Vantaa 10.6 miles north of center of Helsinki to ESSA Stockholm Arlanda Airport located near the town of Märsta 23 miles north of Stockholm.

Originally I thought the flight mentioned above was also first commercial flight flown by Finnair's first Caravelle which was the reason I recreated the flight and made screenshots out of it but after discussion with Finnish Aviation museum, the museum officials told me that the actual first flight flown by Finnair's first Caravelle was on 1 Apr 60 from Helsinki to Copenhagen but they assured me that the route from EFHK to ESSA was one of first routes offered by Finnair's first Caravelle.

Sorry to bother you.  I have screenshot question for you for regular screenshot posting. I know that Orbx sceneries are absolutely must and required for screenshot posting.

My question is that am I allowed to post screenshot flight report about my flight from EFHK Helsinki to ESSA Stockholm considering the fact that the airport of departure is not Orbx scenery and the airport of arrival is Orbx scenery?

Thank you for any answer you might have for me.  I do NOT NOT want to break any rules!!

    Regards,

  4. Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Just bought a new laptop for general use. It is very powerful but only with 16GB ram.  Do all of you think 16GB ram is enough for general use such as internet surfing, Photoshop editing, Paint Shop Pro Ultimate editing, video streaming, and anything non flight sim related?

    Regards,

    Aharon

  5. @Smudger,

Quick question please as I am totally new to Google Earth Pro.  I am using web version of Google Earth Pro whick works well with your KMZ file as my laptop could not install Google Earth pro probably because my laptop with Windows 7 are too old for that new software. However, the web version works well.

My question is that is there any function that allows me to remove planes and all markings in the areas covered by NA Southern Alaska while leaving names of cities, towns, mountains, streets, etc etc alone??  Planes and extra markings are blocking the view of names of geographical locations such as cities, streets, rivers, etc etc.

    Hello Aharon

These will help you, you will need to download and install Google Earth Pro ( it is free ) for the KMZ file, which shows NA Southern Alaska i more detail.

    Orbx NA regions.docx 261.78 kB · 1 download FTX SAK Coverage and Features Map.kmz 39.95 kB · 1 download

    Shalom Smudger,

Thanks for great great help.  That solves my problem and now I can know what areas the NA Southern Alaska is covering.

Once again, thanks a zillion for your kind assistance.

  7. Shalom and greetings all my pals,

This is not request for tech support.  It is rather a request for assistance to help me find important information.

I own NA Southern Alaska base package.  My question is that is there any specific map on Orbx forums or anywhere on Internet that will show me specific areas that are covered by NA Southern Alaska for use of FSX, please.

I know there is description of areas being covered in the NA Southern Alaska product information on Orbx sales product section but I sure would appreciate if anyone points me to right location on the Internet or on Orbx forums that will show me a map showing what areas are being covered by NA Southern Alaska, please?

Thank you for any assistance any of you might provide.

    Regards,

    Aharon

Oh Yes....now I remember but I wasn't aware of the abreviation 'FSW' was for this posting-forum of screenshots. Is it still possible to use this forum?

    Best regards,

    Johnny

Well nobody posts at FSW any more so I guess not even though operational functions of FSW forums are still working but nobody posts there. FSW sadly has became an abandoned ghost town

Hello Aharon...Is it not MS-Flight from 2012 i.s.o. FSW that you suppose to recognise me from?

It is FSW forums (Flight Sim World) forums that I remember you for years where you posted tons of screenshots  :)  Your last screenshot post in FSW was year 2013

    Hi Aharon

I would also recommend asking on the Volanta Discord channel.

    @Doug Sawatzky,

Ok thanks   May I have invite to that Discord group please??  I cannot find invite anywhere on the website

Also can Volanta receive live feed from Vatsim instead of from my sim for all Vatsim flights??
Volanta requires installation of software but I need replacement for vatstats.net because for me without use of maps showing my flight paths, it is totally difficult for me to write explanations on each of screenshots properly. Vatstats,.net stopped using maps because they had no $$$$$ for maps. Hence me looking for other source of website that shows my flight paths on maps that does NOT require installation of software just like Vatstats.net and somebody told me that Volanta can do that without installation of software.

    Regards,

    Aharon
