Terrific news and awesome shots, congratulations! Hope that in dense areas such as London or Seattle the fps will still be good, but from the looks of it, I think we are all in for a treat.

The problem when arriving to Bembridge EGHJ is still there with floating houses to the south beyond runway 12. I also use P3Dv5HF2 and TE England.

I was wondering the same, for odd reasons the P3D v5 planner seems suddenly very slow, hadn't realized that vector could be involved.

Hi Carlos, I wouldn't hold back on WA if I were you. It looks terrific and performance is great. You still have the option of using seasonal trees, so all in all, I think seasons won't be missed as much as we imagined. Oregon looks just as tempting though, and who knows P3D might come up with an automated way to simulate seasons.

Just in case it happens to someone else, it was a question of moving a traffic folder below the airport in the scenery list. With this done, it works perfectly again.

Hi Mitchell, I verified files, and even tried to de-install and reinstall again into P3D v4.5 hotfix 2 and the latest build of Orbx Central (but I did not install the file that Nick posted here back in November, as I guess this is included in the latest version of YBCS). Yet, I still see odd features as in the attached images with planes through the roofs or trapped between buildings. Any idea what might be causing this?

Exactly, the sim is essentially transformed, without even upgrading hardware.  It looks awesome.

My setup is nearly 5 years old with an i7 and GTX 980. The sharpening feature works amazingly on it, with much clearer textures into the distance. P3D 4.5 hotfix 2 has never looked better.

Great advice, thanks. I had the latest nvidia installer, but this option of it was unknown to me. It clearly makes a positive difference in P3D too.

Just tried to update the freeware airport pack released today. However, FTX central displays "paused 0%" during the installation. It might not be ready for download yet?

I read that they are hoping for an April or May release of AUS v2. A huge continent but the roadmap for 2019 has some amazing taster pics.
