  1. Company Policy: Orbx Public Forum Posting Policy for Users 1. Purpose The purpose of this Public Forum Posting Policy is to establish guidelines for individuals participating in Orbx public forums, such as Orbx and Volanta Forum, Discord, and Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and similar) platforms. Orbx values open communication and community engagement but recognises the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all participants. This policy outlines the expectations for users when posting on Orbx public forums, including Discord and social media platforms, forums, blogs, and community websites. 2. Scope This policy applies to all individuals who contribute content, comments, or engage in discussions on Orbx public forums. By participating in these forums, users agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy. 3. General Guidelines (a) Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to engage in discussions with respect and courtesy. Avoid using offensive language, engaging in personal attacks, or promoting any form of discrimination or harassment. (b) On-Topic Discussions: Posts should be relevant to the specific forum or discussion thread. Off-topic content may be removed at the discretion of forum moderators to maintain the focus of discussions. (c) Constructive Criticism: Users are encouraged to provide constructive criticism and feedback. However, comments should be expressed in a constructive manner without resorting to inflammatory language or personal attacks. Repetition of the same feedback by an individual may be considered as failure to comply with the posting policy. (d) Avoid Spam: Users should refrain from posting spam, including excessive promotional content, irrelevant links, or repetitive messages. Such posts may be removed, and users may face disciplinary actions. (e) Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, defamation, and privacy laws, when posting content on Orbx public forums. (f) Report Inappropriate Content: If users come across content that violates this policy, they are encouraged to report it to forum moderators or administrators for review via email to review@orbxsystems.com Social Media Guidelines (a) Tagging Orbx: When referencing Orbx on social media, users are encouraged to use appropriate tags and mentions. However, users should refrain from using Orbx's name to promote or endorse any products, services, or causes that are not linked to the brand and/or their products without prior authorisation. (b) Unauthorised Representation: Users should not imply that their views or opinions represent those of Orbx unless they have been officially designated as spokespersons by the company. Employees who have left the Company must remove Orbx from their profile as current employer (eg. LinkedIn) and must not represent themselves as current employees. They should also truthfully represent their role description, achievement and timelines related to their Orbx’s role in their profile. The Company reserves the right to contact any network holding misleading or false information to be corrected. 4. Enforcement Orbx reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the violation. Violation of this Public Forum Posting Policy may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warning, suspension, or banning from Orbx public forums. By participating in Orbx public forums, users acknowledge their understanding and agreement to abide by the guidelines outlined in this policy.   12. Hi Dibs, We are aware of this issue. We are working on fixing it. Can you try to uninstall Volanta from your system do a quick restart and then download a fresh installer from the website and see if it helps.
