peteaj Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 Okay Order Number: FSS0392271Order Date: 2015-06-18 I'm new to using ORBX scenery and after an expensive weekend buying numerous ORBX scenery I purchased EGHI Southampton. After install I notice that the static aircraft, grass and cars in the car park amongst other things are missing. As shown in the picture. All settings are as per instructions 5m etc, but still no joy. I've searched the forum and found plenty of advice none of which has worked for me. Disabling the default scenery in the scenery library and re-installing. I have looked and searched for the objectflow.dll...nothing to be found. I have set my computer to factory settings and reinstalled just England and EGHI.......no luck I just get the same every time. I've also tried with and without FSUIPC (paid version) I have noticed that the default aircraft, a light aircraft and private jet do appear in both the standard FSX and ORBX. Further I do have the trains moving around. My computer is more than able to cope with the graphics etc. Any help will be appreciated as I have spent hundreds in the last month moving from VFR Horison to ORBX. Rob Newman Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Welcome to Orbx... It looks like the package installed correctly, but one final step has been missed... Every Orbx product (whether a region, a Global package or an airport) makes use of a special library of objects and common items. It looks like your screenshot shows these common items are missing, so it's safe to assume the Library has not been installed. It's required that as a final step after installing some Orbx products, you also install the Orbx Library (it's a separate install as the library is updated far more periodically than the base packages). You can find the library installer here: https://www.fullterrain.com/support#orbxlibs Please note, there are two versions... one for P3D V1.4/FSX/FSX Steam Edition, and one for P3D V2. Make sure to use the correct version. Alternatively, download and install the new version 2 of FTX Central (The control panel for Orbx software)... I am delighted with my experience with ORBX and will keep collecting the products. Could I ask one further question, was I being a bit stupid in not realising I needed to down load further software as I don't recall reading I needed anything extra?
