Dadtom65 Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 Hi All. Just found out how to do the above as was running out of space on my SSD drive and have space on a normal hard drive. Now I'm wondering as I have just purchased my last bits in the sale where do I put them. Say as some said to put the Orbx scenery folder onto another drive, do I still put the scenery I bought there if Orbx or FSX will let me, all so will the programs like FTX Centrall and FTX Configerator find the scenery. petfy Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 Orbx symbolic link works well. I have linked to the HHD because I intend to obtain all Open LC scenery and it will be too large for my SSD. Slight delay in loading over SSD but acceptable. You are worrying about nothing as Windows automatically links the folder to the HHD folder (treats it as a shortcut as you can see below).
