nbaalman19 Posted May 9, 2015 Share Posted May 9, 2015 I just purchased FTX Global base. After download I extracted the files into a separate folder and tried to run the installer. I get an error message that says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access them". After that, Norton scans it and says it is unsafe and deletes it. I have tried re-downloading and get the same issue. I cant find any help with this anywhere else on the web.
