lifejogger
I just purchased PAHO - Homer and after installing it, it looks like this. I have searched the forum for a solution but nothing I have seen seems to work.
Bruce Hamilton
Disable the airport in Vector, should fix it.
Alex Goff
Additionally, make sure you have SAK SP4 installed. It updates the elevation adjustment file to match the one included with Homer.

Alex Goff
Roger that, John. A few things you can check in that case. First is navigate to ...Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Scenery and ensure that you have "ADE_FTX_SAK_PAHO_elevation_adjustment.BGL", that it is not set to .OFF, and it is dated 5/27/2014. If it is set to .OFF, rename it to a .BGL extension. If that does not fix the issue run a search for "PAHO" in your FSX directory to look for any third party APX files that may be interfering with the elevation. You can post the results here and I'll sift through them.
lifejogger
I think I have solved the problem. I have (had) UTX Alaska installed but I have (had) it enabled, since I do not use it I uninstalled it and now PAHO is no longer in a hole. It does set on a small plateau but I am guessing that that is the way it really is. However I might still have a small elevation problem because as you can see on the screenshot below part of the lake is on the side of a hill.
