ObjectFlow dll's in P3D

Are the ObjectFlow dll's for YWOL YMML CYSE 11S 05S and KMRY, as shown in my dll.xml file below, redundant? Should they be deleted along with the corresponding dll file?  It is my understanding that P3D is using a consolidated ObjectFlow dll, the first item below.  Or is everything correct as is?

Thank you Alex.  So if I understand, you are saying that the ObjectFlow dlls for the airports shown are correct and are still being used.  When the airports are updated they will be deleted from the dll.xml file?  Correct?
