Go to ....\Microsoft Flight Simulator X/ORBX\FTX_VECTOR\FTX_VECTOR_CVX\scenery\1619_WTR_Waterbodies and check that the file extension is set to.bgl most likely at the moment it is set to .off. I refered to the extension placed by VECTOR Configuration Tool in the VECTOR_CVX\scenery folder when an airport is disabled. Sorry for the confusion I might have caused for tebbs question.
