Leosounds Posted April 3, 2015 Share Posted April 3, 2015 Hi, My system : W7 Home Premium, FSX-Acc. + REX Ess. + UTX Europe + several payware aircraft + several aerosoft europe airport sceneries fresh install of everything on a new PC, finally installed FTX-PNW 1.8 + freeware FTX-Bowerman as a last installation step. During FSX startup i get a popup window : SCENERY.cfg File error. Local Scenery Directory (ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\SCENERY) in scenery Area.142 not found. Click OK to continue. Clicking OK >> FSX starts as expected What does this error mean ? - what went wrong ? - and how to fix it ? Nick Cooper Posted April 3, 2015 Share Posted April 3, 2015 It means that although there is a scenery.cfg entry for the ORBX library, it is not installed. The solution is to download the latest library and install it. Go to this page, https://www.fullterrain.com/support, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the libraries and select the one for FSX/P3d v1.
