Thanks: FTX AA ORBX LIBRARIES VER 150215 15TH FEBRUARY 2015 I ran Central and all seemed OK. I have been having an issue with CYTZ (different issue...just for context). I then reinstalled the NA Pack 1 - 20, reinstalled the libraries and restarted my computer. After the restart, I ran Central, changed regions and got this message: Can't attach a screenshot. Here's a link: http://1drv.ms/17V2ZSS This was repeatable. I found the file(s) in the folder specified in the message. There were indeed 2 files. One .bgl the other .bgl.off. I deleted one of the files, and now Central seems happy again. I should point out that when setting Central to Global, the file is changed to .off, and .bgl when I go to North America.
