Tealeaf
I have FTX Global and I've just upgraded from 100 to 130. During the installation when FTX Central opens or I try to apply a region I get an error: RenameUniqueFiles: Could not complete operation since a file already exists in this path "D:\Program File (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\scenery\ADE_FTX_FTXG_67Lelevation_adjustment.OFF. FTX was already closed and I have no 'regions' to switch between, so do I seek the offending file, deleter and reinstall or am I missing something? Many thanks. TL. Apologies, I just realised I posted this to the wrong forum topic. Can a Mod please move it to the relevant support topic please? Thank you. Nick Cooper
The file is part of a free North American airport. If you have no plans to add any regions, you could just delete it. If you think you might, find it and rename it to ADE_FTX_FTXG_67Lelevation_adjustment.bgl, then run FTX Central and tick Apply the error message should go away. It was clearly designed to fit a region and if you go there, it may well not look quite like it was intended in any case.
