specialist
I have lots of 3rd party airports I enjoy flying in and out of, but since I've installed all free airport packs, I've notice problems in those airports I fly into. Such as duplicate overlapping buildings, grass in the tarmac. I'm sure many people will swear by how great these airport addons are, and I'm sure they feel its good for them, but for me I rather remove them, but where are they installed, and what is the best way to remove them? Nick Cooper
ORBX\FTX_GLOBAL\FTX_FTXG_AIRPORTS\Scenery You can remove them by deleting any or all of the files in the scenery folder which are named to follow their ICAO codes. I am sure that each pack clearly defines which airports it contains, both on the website before download and in the installer before installation. Installing two different addon versions of any airport will always cause problems.

specialist
Well, I've decided not to remove all the airports in the packages. Only those that are duplicated by some of my addons, such as VFR Appalachia, KHSP. Thanks to the spreadsheet list provided by one of our other simmers in the forum, I'm able to look at the ones I have to fly to and check.
