That location is in northern Sweden and quite a ways outside the "official" NOR coverage area meaning none of the waterbodies or landclass are ours. However, since terrain mesh has to be compiled in rectangular areas those elevated lakes are just inside the NOR terrain mesh but probably made to fit a different mesh. The shapes of the Swedish lakes in your screenshot are more detailed than what I see with default or Global Vector so you're probably using a third-party add-on for waterbodies and mesh?
