I have installed a scenery con fig utility that lets me group scenery  to able and disable easily. Is it OK to use this instead of FTX Central to switch between default and FTX?It seeems to work doing it that way except it leaves the FTX scenery in the library but disabled. If I use FTX Central it deletes all my groups and I have to start over. Thanks,Ron

Hi Ron,

you definitely need to run FTX Central to successfully switch all required core files for the different modes; it's much more than just scenery library entries.

For workarounds regarding SCE groups see http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/79044-orbx-destroying-sce-groups/?p=726400  and http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/78866-ftx-central-scenerycfg-sceneryconfigeditor-confusion/?p=728370

Thanks Holger. After reading thru the posts I think I have a better understanding. When I switch from NA to default in FTX central it is deactivating FTX so I do not need to deactivate manually in SCE.So I am thinking that if I just leave FTX stuff activated, deactivate Misty Mooring scenery thru SCE when running default and visa versa deactivate my non ORBX add on scenery when running FTX maybe it will not delete my groups. Will try that tonight. Thanks,Ron
