ACTIVE L12 elevation problem

Hi all, L12 seems to have some problem with elevation as seen on picture below. Tried AEC Enable and Disable.

 

Also, isn't there TOO MUCH city landclass over there? If you look from runway 26 it seems like an endless ocean of city landclass.

 

Using latest Global + Vector + Lybraries and FsGlobal X 2010 Mesh FTX Edition.
