This is what the FTX Central “Installed ORBX Products Report†shows I have: FTX NA PNW PACIFIC NORTHWEST V1.0 PATCH 008 February 2014 This is what the FTX Support page shows: Version 005 27th March 2012 Version 008 7th March 2014 So now, I’m beginning to think that the “PNW V1.0 Patch 8…†in my report should reflect “PNW V5.0 Patch 8â€. Can someone confirm if I have what I should as far as the latest NA PNW version/patch is concerned? Thanks, Rich PS I think my confusion comes from the use of the word Version or "V" in the report and the same reference used to indicate the Patch # in the Support updates section. The "Version" in the report implies a 'product base reference' and the "Patch" refers to the update. However. these 2 words begin to blend into one when in the Support section, if that makes sense. I have to admit though that the titles on the support page are potentially misleading as "Version" actually means "Service Pack No.". We'll discuss that with our web page designer.
