In such case is this the right process: 1. Launch 1.30 FTX GLobal update 2. Launch Open LC EU East installer 3. Latest libraries 4. Defrag and restart 5. But it is miserable, that the responsible people from ORBX have not the courage to give a clear statement what went wrong and what should be done to solve the problem.
