I just bought AU sp4, had a problen with the installation: It showed a message at the end saying that installation was successful, but the FTX central didn't show the product. when startinf FSX, it gave me an error message: "error on file SCENERY.CFG. can't find directory of local scenery (ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\SCENERY) IN SCENERY aREA.142." When i checked the ORBX directory the refered directory is not there. I had attempted to install it previously but had a disk space problem so had to open up space and try again. this time there was enpugh space, but this happened, any help? cheers carlos galvis Order #FSS0315413 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The last step in the installation of any of our products should be to download and install our current Orbx Libraries, available at https://www.fullterrain.com/support.html#orbxlibs . Holger Sandmann Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Hi there, there should be about a dozen "FTXAU..." entries in your scenery library menu. Do you have those? If not you may have an access permission issue though the first thing to try is open up FTX Central once more and cycle it between default and Oceania, clicking Apply each time. Holger Sandmann Posted September 19, 2014 Share Posted September 19, 2014 Hi Carlos, in that case it may be an issue of mismatched expectations regarding the product; Orbx AU is primarily a continent-spanning replacement of ground textures and autogen not highly detailed scenery like our airport add-ons. Moreover, the AU regions are our oldest products and thus don't have the full feature set as our more recent regions like New Zealand, EU, or western North America. Have another look at the product page, especially the screenshots and videos: https://www.fullterrain.com/product/australia . Your ground textures and autogen should look similar to those. If they don't please post some screenshots so we can cross-check for you.
