FlexFlier Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 I recently moved across the country and got a new internet provider...very fast fiber optic, great stuff. I successfully downloaded your files for years with the old provider; now, however, when trying to download the latest Library I get an error message that the "...file cannot be downloaded" from all three servers. I confirmed with the provider that there is no data cap on my service and so wonder if there is a problem at your end. Thanks in advance for any help ya'll can give me.
