Master Codo
Dear Orbx team I do not know where to post, so I'm doing it here. I bought ORBX openLC. Well, now I have to fly around the World with Hybrid mode. And here comes my old problem, witch I did not have, when the setup in FTX Central is set to Europe. My water textures between England and France are ugly. Is there a solution? Or do you plan to bring FTX France out soon?
Master Codo
Does really nobody have an idea?
John Dow
Not sure. Probably related to scenery order and therefore which textures are called up as you move from one area to another. Problem at high altitudes obviously, not so much at VFR GA heights. I haver never noticed this effect from my GA flying. Unless one of the devs knows something more, I would say it's likely to be something you'll have to live with for the time being. Setting visibility to 30kms or so which is often realistic in that part of the world will help a lot.
GlennH
Its where the FTX Europe (ENG) waterclass ends. I see the same thing. Not much you can do about it im afraid.
renebon
I have solved this problem (which also occurs in the Irish sea) by installing - recoloured - AS2012 watertextures and wave-animation. Regards, Rene

Regards, Rene Ah yes, that may be a solution. Unfortunately, none of the current REX4 water textures are a good match. The REX guys are working on more options I believe.
