PENDING problem installing products. index is outside the array bounds

Hello,

I tried to install global and other products. But after installation I get a pop-up menu with index is outside the array bounds. FTX central is loading but goes not further.
Does someone know what the problem i and how to solve this?

To confirm, is the error occurring when you try and start FTX Central?
