Jack the Swede in Spain Posted June 7, 2014 Share Posted June 7, 2014 Sometimes I/we have problems installing add-ons or other programs because we are NOT allowed by the OS to do this or that. To use WIN built in tools to change ownership of a file/library is not that easy. Here is a program I have been using for some years now. Choose the version for your OS. This one is for WIN 8-8.1.
