Switched from FIrefox to IE and used ORBX cloud for the library download and this time it loaded and extracted fine. Quick question. On the support page, it suggests a "fresh reinstall" of the area scenery before updating. Is that really necessary? I haven't been doing this in the past and wonder if I should have.
