I think I've seen aircraft dusty or muddy like that a few times. Especially in environments like the Outback or the the dry areas of Africa. And there are also oil smudges and stuff like that. Just go here: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?autocom=downloads&showcat=3 and click the "ADDFILE" button in the top right. Then you can upload your zipped repaint.
