ACTIVE FSX taking a long time to load scenery since installing north Cal and NA CRM

FSX has been taking sometime to load scenery when starting  but since installing North California and NA CRM it takes over 24 hours to load scenery when I am ready to go to the airport to start my flight. I installed them both after doing a defrag on the computer. Any suggestions please.

Did you say 24 hours??!! A SSD drive would help a lot for this but I doubt it will come down to maybe 10 minutes.

something way wrong there... are you sure it's 24 hours?

 

if it is try unticking all your addon scenery in the fsx control panel and timing the load up, with one of your more complex planes if you have one, and then re tick a new piece of scenery and restart your computer in between.  that should nail the culprit.
