metalmike
Nice job on the PNW patch. But yeah - will this same fix for the lighting eventually be applied to the other Orbx regions as well?

Holger Sandmann
Howdy, it takes a while to make the necessary changes to the road and landclass files of each region but, yes, all published regions will be updated in the near future. Cheers, Holger
FriLa
Hi Holger, compared to the "old" lights the new seem to be much too big and too bright. How can I go back to PNW 006? Thanks in advance, Fritz

Holger Sandmann
Hi Fritz, you can remove your current PNW installation and then re-install only up to SP6. However, since our service packs build on one another it means you'll be cut off from any further SPs and the same will be true for other regions once they have been switched to the FTXG-style lights. And in case anyone is wondering: making the lighting system type optional isn't feasible. For PNW alone there are almost 400 files that needed to be changed. As mentioned elsewhere though a tool to adjust parameters of the new lights, similar to our current Lights Tweaker, is planned. FriLa
Hi Holger, thanks for your answer! Now I hope that the Lights Tweaker comes soon and leave the installation as it is. Cheers, Fritz
