IvanEdel Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Hello Could you help me please, i have become a new costumer of flightsimstore i have bought a few staff including FTX global 2013, now i want to reinstall my system but i am afraid that i will lose all my products keys. I have been trying to contact a support center of flightsimstore but no body is replying on my emails i had send a few since 28th december but no answer. I know that if i reinstall my system i will need to reset my keys but how i don't know. Also i have been waiting FTX Vectors to come out and i want to buy it but i getting no support . windquest Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 + they send you an email that you can save or print out. You actually get two, one is a receipt the other is the key. Just one question i am trying to ask in last week))) If i installed for example FTX Global, used a license key and then i have to reinstall all my system for some reason, do i still be able to use the same license key or i have to buy the product again?
