Bruce Hamilton
I'm having an issue with double runway numbers at Fairoaks. All I've done since installation is install Global Vector and Global 2010 mesh. Have tried re-installing Fairoaks and libraries with no luck. Any help appreciated, thanks. jack-daniels
For me this looks as if the stock scenery would shine through your addon. I´ve got something like this an all my addon airports (not ORBX). Today I thought it could happen because of a wrong order in the scenery lib?!(I am using P3D with FTXG, Vector and FS Global 2010....)
Russ White
Hi Bruce, I did not work on FairOaks but while you wait for a reply from one of the dev's that did, try moving the airport to the top of the list in your scenery library as it looks as if there is a conflict with the default version of Fairoaks. WR269
I have exactly the same issue in P3D2 and YBBN...the default runway and the ORBX runway are overlaid. You can also get two sets of taxiways.
Bruce Hamilton
Resolved... the culprit was actually a scenery library entry related to one of my payware airplanes, nothing whatsoever to do with Fairoaks. Moved it down closer to the dungeon where it can't do any more harm.
WR269
That is interesting Bruce, didnt know a scenery entry from an aeroplane could do that. Out of curiosity, how did you work this out? Sent from my Mobile thing
Heiko Glatthorn
Sorry for my late reply and thanks Russ for giving a hand Indeed, first thing to check is the scenery library hierarchy. If you validate your scenery.cfg via the FTX Central 'Scenery Library Configuration' tool, it will most likely fix the wrong insert points as well.
