Rusty073
Ok this might cause some controversy i am not sure but i will ask the question anyway. I currently use ASX on a networked machine and i am happy with the weather engine. I would like to give FEX a try to see but dont want to purchase a product if i only get the same results as ASX which i already own. ANy Feedback will be great as i am in the middle of downloading the file now to purchase. Shane
John Venema
Easy. Use the ASX weather engine to drive FEX textures. That's what a lot of people do. Until the new FEX wx engine is out, the only other choice is using the default FSX Jeppesen real-time weather.
Rusty073
Thanks for the quick reply john i didnt realise FEX didnt have a weather engine but looking at some of the screenshots being posted i will go and buy this product and add it to my thousand other programs i have brough for fs9 and fsx. Maybe i should invest in adsl2 as adsl1 is gonna take 3 hours to download lol... Shane
