Hi and Welcome to the ORBX forums.

 

 

 

 

All support issues MUST be posted in the Support forums, and accompanied by a valid order number.

 

 

 

 

 

If you are unable to see the Support Forums to start your support thread, the most likely reason for this is that you have not completed the validation instructions that you received when joining the forum.

 

 

 

 

 

If these instructions are not completed you will not be able to access support, and the forum security will inactivate your account after a period of time.

 

 

 

 

 

Please review the email you received on joining.
