Bazza17 Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 After down loading FTX:Australia SP4 the unwrap started OK but stopped.I now can't find the unwrap window to start again.Do I have to down load again and start over?.Being a newcomer at this I would appreciate any help.Thanks in advance. John Venema Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 Just try closing all your applications, disabling any Anti-Virus software and running the FSS installer/unwrapper again. It can sometimes take quite a while to do its thing so best to let it complete all operations and follow its prompts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Wolter van der Spoel Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 please make sure that you unzipp all files in to a separate folder, DO NOT attempt to run the installer from within the zipp file, that won't work. when all files are unzipped in to it's own folder then rightclick the exe and run as Administrator, it should start with the unwrapper and a pop up will appear to NOT close the unwrapper hit OK the installer appears and run that when all finished then close the installer and finally the unwrapper Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
