Russ White
This issue has come up many times and in each case it is down to another developers PAKT APX file. Most commonly this is caused by AI products. To test this out, disable any AI programs you have for FSX. Also make sure your PAKT entry is above your PFJ region entries in your World > Scenery Library from your FSX menu.
Venturi
Russ, the only entry I have in scenery/world/scenery containing either PAKT or PFJ are the 3 highlighted below

Russ White
Is this when you load a flight from the "go to airport" option from the 'world' menu? Can you actually land and taxi at the airport or do you always fall through the floor?
Venturi
Yes I can taxi down without falling through however I can look below the surface If I use the joystick hat to pan down to the floor. To summarize there are "two" floors, the one Im on and the one below that This happens when I go to free flight from the FSX screen. I never use the world function.
